The ingredients needed to prepare Fried Yam and Egg sauce:
- Get 1/4 tuber of yam
- Provide 2 cksp vegetable oil
- You need to taste salt
- You need 2 fresh tomatoes diced
- Provide 1/2 bulb onions chopped
- Get 1 fresh pepper diced
- You need 3 eggs
Instructions to make Fried Yam and Egg sauce:
- Slice yam in desired shaped and wash, drain in a sieve and sprinkle salt and set aside
- Break eggs, add a dash of salt and whisk, once you are done, set aside
