- Prepare For Omena
- Prepare 1/2 kg fried Omena
- Prepare 1 big onion chopped
- Use 1 bunch Chopped dhania

- For Omena- Put the the oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add the onions
- Fry until they start turning golden brown and add the garlic.
- Stir for a minute and add the fried omena
- Stir fry them for a minute and add tomatoes.
- Cover and simmer for four minutes or until you are satisfied your tomatoes are well cooked
- Add chopped Shania and stir well, switch off your gas
- For Sukuma - Put oil in a pan and add the onions
- Fry till golden brown and add your sukuma.
- Stir for about 5 mins and get off the gas
- For Sima - Boil your water. When it's done add the flour and stir to a consistency you like,cook for about 5 minites and it's ready
