The ingredients needed to cook Coconut Chutney:
  1. Get 1 cup coconut
  2. Take 2 green chillies
  3. Provide 1 red chilli
  4. You need 2 tbsp Bhuni hui chane ki daal (Dalia)
  5. Use to taste Salt
  6. Take 1 tsp Cumin
  7. Prepare 1 whole dry red chilli

  1. Take Coconut in a grinder add green chilli + red chilli + salt and some water(little) and grind well and remove in a bowl.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil add cumin + curry leaves + dry red chilli and when crackle put in a chutney and give a mix.
  3. The coconut chutney is ready you can serve this chutney with mendu Vada dosa and with some other dishes also..
