The ingredients needed to cook Coconut Chutney:
- Get 1 cup coconut
- Take 2 green chillies
- Provide 1 red chilli
- You need 2 tbsp Bhuni hui chane ki daal (Dalia)
- Use to taste Salt
- Take 1 tsp Cumin
- Prepare 1 whole dry red chilli
- Prepare as needed Some curry leaves
Instructions to make Coconut Chutney:
- Take Coconut in a grinder add green chilli + red chilli + salt and some water(little) and grind well and remove in a bowl.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil add cumin + curry leaves + dry red chilli and when crackle put in a chutney and give a mix.
- The coconut chutney is ready you can serve this chutney with mendu Vada dosa and with some other dishes also..
