The ingredients needed to cook Egg Curry:
- You need 8 hard boiled eggs, deshelled
- You need 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
- You need 1 tsp garlic paste
- Get 1/2 tsp ginger paste

- Provide 1/2 tsp haldi powder

Steps to make Egg Curry:
- Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, heat it. Slit the eggs, fry them till brown.
- Now take a wok, add oil, heat it.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
- Add onion paste,also add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.
- Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water again, mix it well. Cook it till oil has oozed out.
- Open the lid now, increase the flame, add salt & garam masala powder, give a stir.
- Now add dahi & cream, mix it well.
- Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil separates.
- Open the lid now, increase the flame, add boiled water accordingly so as to keep gravy a lil thin (not runny).
- Give a boil, add eggs, lower the flame, cook it covered till gravy becomes like the consistency you required.
- Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- Have it with Roti, Paratha or Nan.
