  1. Take a large bowl and mix together the dry ingredients(salt,ajwain and flour). Then add in ghee and mix it until crumbs are formed the add a little water to make a soft dough, later let it rest for 10 minutes

  5. Take the layered dough ball and again roll it with rolling pin put on 2 and half tbsp of mince mixture and the seal it like we make seal a dumpling
  6. Heat oil for frying and then put it on medium to low flame then add in kachoi until it turns golden brown and serve it with sauce you like
