  2. Get 4 green chilli, 3 Green onion, finely chopped
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

  1. Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup moong dal for 4 hours. - - drain off the water and put in bowl
  2. Now add 2 green chilli, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli,salt,cumin and mix well.
  3. Now blend to smooth paste in chopper.
  4. Now add chopped green onions & chopped coriander & mix well
  5. Now dip your hand in water, and start dropping them one by one to hot oil. - - keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally also fry the vada till they turn golden brown. - - drain off the vada on to kitchen towel to absorb oil.
