  2. Take 50 Gms Valor
  3. Take 50 Gms Tuvar Dana
  4. Prepare 50 Gms Surti Papdi with dana

  6. Provide 1 tbsp sugar

  8. Prepare Water as required
  9. Provide Undhiyu Gravy Mix masala
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup coconut grated
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  12. Use 1 tsp dhania jeera powder
  13. Take 1 tsp chilli powder
  14. You need 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. Get to taste Salt
  16. Prepare For Muthai balls
  17. Use 1 tbsp wheat flour
  18. You need 2 tbsp gram flour
  19. Use 1 1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder

  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp Haldi powder

  28. Get 1 1/2 raw bananas cut into pieces
  29. You need 5-6 baby potatoes cut vertically
  30. Prepare 5-6 small brinjals cut vertically
Steps to make Surti Undhiyu:
  1. For the vegetables
  2. Combine all the beans, Papdi, valoor etc.mix well and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  3. For the methi muthais
  4. Combine all the ingredients along with little water and mix well to.make a smooth mixture.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them oval by rolling between your palms and fingers.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry muthais a few at a time on a medium flame till.they are golden brown in colour. Drain and keep aside.
  7. Keep 2 tbsp of the Masala aside for stuffing the bananas.Stuff the brinjals with a little masala, toss well and keep aside.Stuff the potatoes and keep aside.
  8. Heat oil in a broad cooker.Add the carrot seeds and saute on a medium flame for few seconds. Add hing and saute.Add the beans, masala vegetables. Add 1/2 cup water, salt turmeric powder, jeera dhania powder, sugar and mix gently.
  9. Pour this masala water over the vegetables and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  10. Stuff each banana with the remaining masala and keep aside.
  11. Transfer the Undhiyu to a broad vessel and add the methi muthais and stuffed bananas.
  12. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  13. Serve hot garnished with fresh Coriander leaves
