- You need 2 cups sour curd
- Prepare 3 spoons Besan for kadhi
- Provide For pakora–
- You need 1 cup besan
- You need 3 sliced onions
- Prepare 3-4 Green chillies
- Take 2-3 tsp Cumin seeds
- You need 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use 3-4 Coriander powder
- Use 2-3 tsp Garam masala
- Prepare 2 pinches Hing powder
- Prepare For Tadka mustard oil–
- Take 2-3 Sliced onions
- Provide 10-12 kadhi leaves
- Prepare 2-3 spoons kasuri methi
- Provide For spices–
- Prepare 3 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 3-4 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 2-3 tsp garam masala
- Use 2 tsp Haldi powder
- Take to taste Hing

Steps to make Punjabi Kadhi Pakora with Rice:
- First, make pakoras for kadhi. Take Besan in a bowl add all spices for pakoras like red chilli, garam masala, dhania powder and hing. Add a small amount of water and mix it well add sliced onions and green chilli in it and mix again till the pakora mixture become little fluffy and smooth.
- Take kadhai and add mustard oil in it and heat the oil till smoke come out and make small size pakoras and fry it till golden brown. Drain it out in the plate.
- Now take sour curd in a mixer jar add 3 spoons of besan in it than add 1 cup water. Grind it and make smooth liquid of it.
- Now take a small portion of oil and prepare tadka for Kadhi. Add kadhi leaves, cumin seeds first then add onion in it..fry all these things till onion becomes transparent and add kasuri methi and Hing powder in it. After then add spices like Red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Haldi and Garam masala mix well…
- After than add Curd smoothie in it and stir well till the boil comes out…Heat Kadhi up to 45 mins on the slow flame coz It's the main time-consuming part of the Kadhi after that it becomes very creamy form texture like the uploaded picture.
- After 40-45 mins ur kadhi becomes creamy and yellowish colour, add all the pakoras in it and again boiling the Kadhi till 10-15 mins till the pakoras become soft.
- After 15 mins Punjabi style Kadhi pakora is ready to eat and add fresh Coriander for garnishing…Serve Kadhi pakoras with plain Rice, onion and fresh green chilli. Yummy and Delicious Kadhi Pakora is ready to eat.
