- You need 2 cup Soaked chenna dal
- Provide 1 cup Soaked Urad daal
- Prepare 1/2 cup Soaked moong daal

- Transe to a vessel. Add rice flour, hing. Mix well. Heat tge oil in a pan, leave the dal balls in hot oil. Fry on sim on both sides.
- When daal vada is fried properly and becomes crisp, transe to serving plate. Dal vada is ready.
