- You need 500 gms - Lady finger (bhindi)
- You need 1 medium sizes finely chopped tomato
- Use 1 medium size onion petals
- Prepare 1 medium size chopped tomato
- Get 1 medium size tomato chopped in diced shape
- Get 2 green chilli
- Get 1 tsp. Garlic paste
- Use 1 tbs salted butter
- Use 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
- Get 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- Take 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- You need to taste Salt

Steps to make Butter Bhindi Masala:
- Cut the lady finger in 1½ inch size
- Fry the lady finger on high flame transfer it in the plate,the deep fry onion petals and tomato cubes for 1 minute on high flame.
- Heat oil add finely chopped onion,mix it then add chopped green chilli and finely chopped tomato fry it for 2 -3 minutes,add garlic paste,saute it for 1 minute.
- Add deep fried lady finger, onion and tomato,mix well.
- Add kitchen king masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur Powder and salt, cook for 2 -3 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Add butter,mix well, cook for another 1 minute
- Tranfer to serving bowl and its ready to eat
