  2. You need 1 medium sizes finely chopped tomato
  3. Use 1 medium size onion petals
  4. Prepare 1 medium size chopped tomato
  5. Get 1 medium size tomato chopped in diced shape
  6. Get 2 green chilli
  7. Get 1 tsp. Garlic paste
  8. Use 1 tbs salted butter
  9. Use 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
  10. Get 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Use 1/2 tsp amchur powder

Steps to make Butter Bhindi Masala:
  1. Cut the lady finger in 1½ inch size
  2. Fry the lady finger on high flame transfer it in the plate,the deep fry onion petals and tomato cubes for 1 minute on high flame.
  3. Heat oil add finely chopped onion,mix it then add chopped green chilli and finely chopped tomato fry it for 2 -3 minutes,add garlic paste,saute it for 1 minute.
  4. Add deep fried lady finger, onion and tomato,mix well.
  5. Add kitchen king masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur Powder and salt, cook for 2 -3 minutes on medium to high flame.
  6. Add butter,mix well, cook for another 1 minute
  7. Tranfer to serving bowl and its ready to eat
