- Prepare 1 bowl mogra
- Get 2 tb sp cooking oil
- You need 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Peel, Wash, Chop and grind onion, garlic, ginger and tomato in a mixer. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded masala and cook on medium flame till oil leaves the sides.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and kasuri methi and let it simmer on low flame for 1 minute.
