- Prepare a masala grinding onion, garlic,ginger together
- Take half of the curd mix 1/4 of the grinded masala mix well adding salt,red chilli Powder, turmeric powder oil and garam masala
- Marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep in a refrigerater for 1 hour
- Heat oil in a wok add bay leaf red chilli whole and the whole garam masalas
- Add the marinated chicken and saute it covering and keeping on a low heat
- In a bowl add all the remaining masalas curd,red chilli Powder and salt,mix it to a smooth paste
- Add into the chicken stir well and allow it to simmer
- Keep stiring to avoid burning or sticking
- As everything get combined add the remaining curd mix well
- Add warm water and cover till it become soft and moist
- Finally add sugar and garam masala mix
