The ingredients needed to prepare Kadhi Pakoda:
- Use 1/2 Cup Chana Dal
- Prepare 1 Cup Curd
- Provide 3-4 Green Chillies
- Use 1-2 Tbsp GramFlour

Instructions to make Kadhi Pakoda:
- At first take soaked chana dal,wash it well with water.Now transfer this chana dal in a mixer jar add cumin seeds,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger and chopped spinach and some coriander leaves and make a paste out of it.
- Now take this paste out in a plate and in the same jar add,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger and grind it to a coarse paste.
- Now make balls of the chana dal paste and steam them in a steamer or idly maker for 4-5 minutes.
- Now in a bowl take curd,add gram flour in it add water and mix it well till gram flour gets completely dissolve in curd and water make sure there should be no lumps.
- Now in a pan add oil once the oil is hot then add mustard seeds and let them crackle.Now add fenugreek seeds,and green chilli paste and saute it for a minute.
- Now add some turmeric powder and then add curd and gram flour paste.
- Add water if required and add salt as per taste and let it come to boil,once kadhi starts boiling then add steamed chana dal balls in it and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Now in a tadka pan add oil and once oil is hot then add red chilli in it and now pour this tadka on kadhi pakoda.
- Our kadhi gole is ready.Serve with rice or fulka.
