- Pertama siapkan syrup : rebus air dan gula hingga mendidih, tambahkan air lemon, masak 2-3 menit…angkat dan biarkan SAMPAİ BENAR² DİNGİN
- Kue : mixer telur dan gula hingga berbusa
- Masukkan yoğurt, minyak dan semolina, mixer kembali
- Preheat oven 170°… Tambahkan tp terigu, vanili baking powder dan lemon zest, tuang pada loyang yg telah diolesi minyak (saya pake loyang uk 27 x 40)
- Hentakkan loyang agar tinggi sama rata dan udara keluar.. Panggang hingga permukaan keemasan kurleb 30 menit
- Potong kue segera setelah matang, tuang syrup hingga merata (beri jeda 5 menit setelah keluar dr oven)
- Diamkan selama 1-2 jam agar syrup benar² meresap..
- Sajikan dg taburan kelapa kering (or sth as you wish)
- Note!!!! : perbandingan gula dan air utk membuat syrup adl 1:1, karna saya gak terlalu suka manis jadi takaran gula saya kurangi.. Resep yg saya tulis ini untuk 1,5 resep karna pake loyang yg lumayan besar.. kalo pake uk 28 x 28, cukup pake 1 resep (kurangi bahan setengahnya)
