- Setelah itu, ambil setengah bungkus dari bumbu ungkep sebagiannya lagi, lumuri ke ayam terlebih dahulu agar bumbu meresap, tambahkan kunyit giling, lalu diamkan agar meresap
- Panaskan kuali dengan sedikit minyak, masukkan lagi setengah dari bungkus bumbu ungkep, masukkan batang serai geprek, irisan daun salam dan daun jeruk, tumis hingga harum, lalu masukkan ayam yang telah di diamkan dan dilumuri bumbu sebelumnya, setelah itu tambahkan 1 sdm garam, 1 sdm gula, dan 1 sdm lada putih, aduk sedikit agar meresap ke ayam, lalu tambahkan air secukupnya, hingga dirasa bisa untuk membuat ayam tergenang merata
- Tutup kuali dengan tutupnya, lalu diamkan sekitar 25 menitan, di lihat tingkat ke empukannya, dengan menusuk ke daging menggunakan garpu, bila dirasa sudah matang, lalu matikan kompor lalu diamkan
- Siapkan wadah, masukkan tepung sajiku golden secukupnya dan tepung sajiku biasa, aduk hingga rata, tambahkan air dan aduk hingga mengental dan jangan encer, kalau mau bisa di tambah kuning telur
- Lumuri ayam dengan tepung yang telah di campur, panaskan minyak dengan api kecil, tambahkan 1 sdm mentega agar gurih, lalu masukkan ayam yang telah di lumuri tepung, goreng hingga matang merata, angkat dan tiriskan minyaknya
- Siapkan priuk dan ditambahkan air secukupnya, dengan api sedang hingga mendidih, lalu potong memanjang wortel dan labu siam yang telah dicuci bersih, tunggu hingga sekitar 5 menit, angkat dan tiriskan
- Panaskan teflon dengan api kecil, tambahkan 1 sdm mentega, masukkan cereal prawn / nestum, oseng sekitar 2 menitan, jangan sampai gosong, karna mudah gosong, hingga menguning pekat, lalu matikan kompor
- Hidangkan ayam kunyitnya, taburi cereal prawn / nestum dan bawang goreng, beserta lalapannya wortel dan labu siam, ditemani sambal seger yaahh
