- Prepare 400 gms chicken
- You need 2 tbsp curd
- Prepare 2 onions
- Use 1 tbsp ginger paste
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste

- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- You need 1 tbsp dried kasoori methi or half cup chopped fresh methi
- Provide 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- Get 1 tsp garam masala

- Use 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Take 1 tsp ajwain
- You need 1/2 tsp methi
- Prepare 1/2 tsp fennel powder

Instructions to make Methi Chicken:
- Marinate chicken with little salt and lemon juice for an hour.
- Chop and fry the onions golden brown and set aside to cool.In the remaining oil fry the chicken pieces.
- Make a paste of sesame seeds, curd, malai and fried onions.Sprinkle ajwain, methi to the remaining oil and when it splutters, add the paste alongwith ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder and salt and fry.Add the chicken pieces and toss.Add little water till chicken is cooked.
- Now add crushed kasoori methi or chopped fried methi leaves and toss.Add coriander and toss.Sprinkle kitchen king and garam masala and toss.Serve with pulao or paratha or naan.
