  1. Whisk the curd and besan in a bowl till smooth add turmeric,salt,ajwain and whisk untill you have a lump free mixture add water and mixed together set aside
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds cumin seeds let them splutter and then add hing and sluce onions with chopped green chilli and cook for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste and cook 1 minute or ginger and garlic changing the colour
  3. Add the curd besan mixture now with heat on medium high stir continuously untill the kadhi comes to a boil then lower the heat to low-medium and let it cook fir around 30 minutes kadhi would have considererably thickened and completely cooked add chopped corrinder
  4. Now kadhi is ready serve with rice
