- You need 1 cup Rice
- Provide 1/4 cup toovar daal
- Get 1/4 cup yellow moong daal

- Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seed

- You need 1 tbsp oil
- Use 3-4 boiled potato
- Provide 2 small onion sliced
- Prepare 1/2 tsp urad daal
- Take 1 tsp cumin mustard seed
- Get 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Use to taste Salt

- Wash and clean all daal and rice. Soak them in water for 4-5 hours.
- In a separate bowl take a few curry leaves, cumin seeds, dry red chilli. Soak them and keep aside.
- After the daal and rice are done. Take a mixture jar and add them and the curry leaves mix and grind.
- Take it out in another bowl after. Add salt to taste
- Now for masala. Take a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Once heated add cumin mustard seeds, urdad daal and few curry leaves. As it starts cracklings add onions and sauté until golden brown
- Once onion is golden brown add, chopped boiled potato, haldi powder and salt. Mix well. Keep aside your masala is ready
- Take a dosa tava. Heat properly. Take the dosa mixture and spread over tava in a round shape. Cook in medium heat.
