- Grind paneer. Boil potato. In a bowl add potato, paneer,3 tbsp flour mix well. Make dough. In 1/4 portion add yellow colour and make small balls like yolk. From rest of the dough make big balls. Put small balls into big balls and give egg/oval shape. Sprinkle flour on a plate. Roll on the balls on the flour and fry into oil till golden brown. Add 3 tbsp oil into another pan. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, dry chilli. Add chopped garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add onion paste. Cook well. Add
- Tomato puree. Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chillies. Cook well. Add coriander powder, dry fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder. After 1 minute add 1.5 cups of water. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add paneer egg and coriander leaves. After 1 minute put off the flame. Ready to serve.
