  1. Take 2-3 tbsp ragi flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup milk
  3. You need 1/2 cup water
  4. You need 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  4. After a min or two, add vanilla essence and milk and let ragi cook completely until mixture appears smooth and glossy.
