The ingredients needed to make Healthy Fruit Cooler:
- Provide 2 cup Fresh curd
- Use 3 tablespoons Crushed jaggery
- Use 1 tablespoon Honey
- Get Apple 1 crushed
- Prepare Orange peeled and deseeded
- Prepare Banana 1 cut in slices
- Take 2 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds
- Take 2 tablespoons Mix dry fruits
- Provide 1 teaspoon Milk powder
- Take Chocolate sauce for garnishing

- Hung the curd for 10 minutes in a cotton cloth. Do not over hung becoz cooler needs some watery curd.
- Add jaggery and honey in hung curd, keep aside.
- Dry roast dry fruits in a pan for 50 seconds.
- Crush dry fruits coarsely.
- Take a glass. Spread one layer of crushed apple, then spread 1 tablespoon of curd.
