  1. Marinate fish with half a lemon juice, cover & rest it for 15 mins
  2. After 15 min, add salt and turmeric powder on fish pieces, mix and let it marinate for another 10 min..
  3. Make fine paste in a grinder with Poppy seeds, black mustard seeds, green chilli, Salt..
  4. Take a steel container,pour the paste,add turmeric powder,Chilli powder, sugar,and 2 tsp Mustard oil and mix it with a spoon..
  5. Put the marinated fish in the mixture and mix it with masala well.. add slited green chilli, Cover the container
  6. In a Pan boil 2 cup of water place the steel container ** make sure the water should come half a height of container**.. let it cook for 20 mins
  7. After 20 min switch off the flame and after container cool down take out from water…OPEN AND SERVE IT HOT WITH SOME RICE
