- Marinate fish with half a lemon juice, cover & rest it for 15 mins
- After 15 min, add salt and turmeric powder on fish pieces, mix and let it marinate for another 10 min..
- Make fine paste in a grinder with Poppy seeds, black mustard seeds, green chilli, Salt..
- Take a steel container,pour the paste,add turmeric powder,Chilli powder, sugar,and 2 tsp Mustard oil and mix it with a spoon..
- Put the marinated fish in the mixture and mix it with masala well.. add slited green chilli, Cover the container
- In a Pan boil 2 cup of water place the steel container ** make sure the water should come half a height of container**.. let it cook for 20 mins
