- You need 2 bunches chopped lalshak (red spinach)
- Prepare 4 chopped tomatoes
- Provide As needed chopped spring onions
- You need To taste salt
- You need 3 chopped red chillies

- You need 1 teaspoon paanch foron
- Prepare 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions to make Lalshak bhaja:
- Wash lalshak with water and strain it and put to the pan in medium-high heat boil for certain minutes until the water is dried enough,and keep to the bowl. Now boil mustard oil in the pan,put panch foron, chopped red chillies, and spring onions saute for a minute and after that add chopped tomatoes saute for few minutes with adding turmeric powder and dhaniya jeera powder mix all and saute until the gravy is smashed and soft.
- Add salt, mix, add garam masala powder mix again, the flame should be medium-high heat. Add slitted green chillies.
- Mix well add lalshak mix well And cook till done. Spread chopped spring onions.
