The ingredients needed to prepare Rava Chilla:
- Prepare 50 gram Rava
- Prepare 50 gram dahi/curd
- You need 1/2 teaspoon Crushed garlic
- Use 2 tsp Chopped capsicum
- You need 2 tsp grated carrot
- Get 2 tsp boiled corn
- You need 1/4 teaspoon Haldi/Turmeric powder
- Provide 2 teaspoon besan/gram flour
- Provide 1/2 teaspoon red Chilli powder

- Prepare as needed Oil to fry
- Use 1 tsp Eno
Instructions to make Rava Chilla:
- Mix Rava, Besan, Chopped vegetables, boiled corns, Salt, Haldi and all spices with dahi
- Add water to form a thick pouring consistancy batter and cover for 10 mins
- Heat oil in an open pan
- Now add eno to the batter and blend in
- Pour one scoop full of batter in the oil and let one side cook in low flame.
- Cover the pan
- After one side is cooked, sprinkle some oil and flip to the other side. Cover again
- Cook both sides till crispy.
- Serve with green chutney
