- Provide 1 liter Milk
- You need 1 cup Sugar

- Now in a small bowl, take custard powder and add half cup milk to it. Mix well so that no lumps are formed. Add this custard mix slowly to boiling milk, and keep stirring the milk so that no lumps are formed.
- Now, add sugar and cook it for 5 min till the mixture become thick. . Turn off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Pour it in a bottle and keep it in refrigerator. Serve chilled and enjoy. You can even garnish it with some chopped pistachios.
