- Biarkan hingga uap dalam pancinya hilang, lalu angkat
- Jika sudah dingin baru boleh di potong karena jika masih panas langsung di potong masih ada kandungan air jadi bikin lembek, tapi jika sudah dingin maka sudah set dan siap disajikan.
