- Prepare 1 litre full cream milk
- You need 2 tsp water
- Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
- You need 3-4 tbsp ghee

Steps to make Paneer Halwa:
- Boil 1/2 litre of full cream milk without adding water in a kadaai or non-stick fry pan.When milk starts to boil, add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
- Now milk starts to curdle and paneer seperates from milk.
- Initially place the stainer on bowl and put a clean white cloth over it. Now filter the paneer. Add 2-3 spoons off water to the paneer, it removes the sour taste of lemon juice.
- The next step is to boil the remaining 1/2litre of milk. When it starts to boil add the paneer. After adding paneer keep the stove in low flame and stir occasionally to avoid paneer sticking to their bottom of kadaai.
- After 20 minutes the content his reduced to half.Now add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.Once sugar is added the colour changes to light yellow.
- Paneer along with milk starts to thicken after 15 minutes and the mixture is reduced to 1/4th.Now add 3-4 teaspoons of ghee for aroma and taste.
- Take few cashews and almonds to spread on the mixture.
- Now put the nuts and stir them. Within 10 minutes the mixture thickens completely and ghee starts to separate.Finally our tasty Paneer Halwa is ready to serve hot.
