  3. Get 2 tbsp Gram flour or besan (for binding)

  6. Provide 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  7. Get 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Instructions to make Palak Choley Tikki:
  1. In a mixer jar, add blanched spinach, chickpeas, garlic cloves, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Grind into a fine paste with thick consistency.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl, add besan and mix well.
  3. Grease your palms with oil and make small tikkis.
  4. In a kadhai, heat the oil for shallow frying the tikkis. (medium to high flame)
  5. Cook the tikkis both sides until it becomes golden brown. And serve hot with tomato sauce.
