- Ab alu wale mixchure se lemon jitni badi ball lijiye usme stuffing dalkar band kiye hath se dabakar chapta kijiye isi tarha sari tikki bana lijiye.
- Ab oil garam kijiye tikki ko besan ke ghol m dip kijiye ar oil m dal kar fry kijiye. Sari tikki isi tarh fry kijiye ar ab plet m nikal lijiye.
