  1. Heat a pan and melt of ghee and roast the semolina for on a low flame. Keep on stirring in between so that the semolina does not burn and gets a uniform colour.
  2. Add the grated paneer and fry for few minutes.
  3. In another pan take water and sugar and milk and give it one rolling boil.
  4. Warm 2 tablespoons of milk and add saffron to it.
