- Prepare 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Provide 1/4 cup mango puree

- Arrange all ingredients.
- Now take a mixing bowl, at first mix curd and condensed milk. Beat it very well with hand whisker or spoon. Make sure there is no lump in the mixture. Then add mango puree and mango essence, mix it very well to incorporate everything.

- Now preheat oven to 350 degree fahrenheit or 180 degree celcius. Place the cake tin into the oven. Steam it for 20 mins. Switch off the flame and keep it inside for another 10 mins. After that take it out from oven and keep it in room temperature for another 20 mins. Now place it in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Garnish with some pistachios and serve it cold.
