- Make potatoes mixture, tikki like basket and put little bee mixture and make ball/ tikki shape. In a big bowl make batter of Besan add little Red chilli powder,haldi,1/2 tsp Soda (baking soda),, Salt and make medium batter,dip each tikki in it,and fry till it becomes brown in colour
