- Prepare 1 cup besan
- Provide 1 onion

Instructions to make Besan Ki Tikki:
- For tikki:- take a bowl, add besan,cumin seeds, red chilli powder,salt,onion chopped,garam masala,oil and mix it well then add water to make a soft dough.
- Make small small tikkis from that dough, here i hav given cylindrical shape you can give any shape. then take a pan and fry it until it becomes little brown.
- For gravy:- make a paste of onion, green chilli and cumin seeds and also make paste of tomatoes.
- Take a pressure cooker, put some oil in it then put onion paste in it when it becomes pink brown then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and stir it well then put little water in it then add potatoes.
- Stir it, then add tomato puri and stir it for 1min, add besan tikkis and stir it for 1min then add water as per needed then cover it with lid and cook it on high flame after 2whistles put it off and serve the delicious besan tikkis with roti, paratha or naan.
