  2. Provide 3 potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 onion

  5. You need Bunch coriander leaves

  12. Use 1/2 cup gramflour (besan)
  13. Get 1 pinch Salt
  14. Take as required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Aloo chop:
  1. Boiled potatoes and mashed it, chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till translucent.
  3. Now add green chilli along with all the dry spices mentioned above.Mix all well.
  4. Add boiled potatoes and mix it.
  5. Add salt and mixed all well
  6. Mixture was ready keep a side so it's cool down.
  7. In a bowl add besan and salt mix it well with required water and make a smooth batter.
  8. Now take a small portion from a aloo mixture and make a tikki.
  9. Made all tikkis and keep aside
  10. Now dipped tikki in a besan batter.
  11. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the tikki.
  12. Drain off on a tissue paper.
  13. And it's ready to serve. Serve hot with sauce and chai.
