- Provide 3 potatoes

Instructions to make Aloo chop:
- Boiled potatoes and mashed it, chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till translucent.
- Now add green chilli along with all the dry spices mentioned above.Mix all well.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix it.
- Add salt and mixed all well
- Mixture was ready keep a side so it's cool down.
- In a bowl add besan and salt mix it well with required water and make a smooth batter.
- Now take a small portion from a aloo mixture and make a tikki.
- Made all tikkis and keep aside
- Now dipped tikki in a besan batter.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the tikki.
- Drain off on a tissue paper.
- And it's ready to serve. Serve hot with sauce and chai.
