- Prepare For Arbi tikki ( 500 gm Arbi,chopped coriander, salt,
- Prepare Pepper powder,chilli ginger paste,cumin powder,lemon juice,
- Prepare garam masala,turmeric,2 tbs bread crumbs,2 tbs besan)
- Provide For tomato soup ( 5 to 6 tomatoes, 1 tsp oil or butter,
- You need 1/2 tsp pepper powder,salt,1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder,salt,
- Take 1 tbs cream )
- Use 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 1/4 :cup oil
- You need 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Take Chopped onion and coriander for garnishing
Steps to make Arbi tiki chaat:
- Cut tomatoes in halves.Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,tomatoes, salt n pepper and saute it for a minute.
- Add 2 cups of water,mix well,cover with lid n let it cook until tomatoes becomes soft.
- Once it's done then remove tomatoes skin n let it cool.Then grind tomatoes, 1 tbs of cream,1 tsp sugar,salt and 1tsp kashmiri mirchi altogether.
- Grind to make a fine soup.
- Wash n boil Arbi for 10 minutes,let it cool,peel its skin.
- Smash the arbi m add all the spices to it.Mix properly,as it is starchy,it may stick to your hands,
- Make small patti from the prepared mixture. Shallow fry all the tikkies.
- Make crispy n golden coloured tikki.
- Now in a serving plate,add tomato soup first,then put arbi tikki n then garnish it with chopped coriander and chopped onion Arbi chaat is ready to serve.
