- Get 1 cup Spinach (blanched)
- Get 1 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
- Take 2 tbsp Gram flour or besan (for binding)
- Prepare 5-6 Garlic cloves

- Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

- In a mixer jar, add blanched spinach, chickpeas, garlic cloves, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Grind into a fine paste with thick consistency.
- Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl, add besan and mix well.
- Grease your palms with oil and make small tikkis.
- In a kadhai, heat the oil for shallow frying the tikkis. (medium to high flame)
