- Use 4 pieces Hilsa Fish
- Provide 1 tsp Poppy Seeds Paste
- Provide 4 tsp Mustard Seeds Paste

- First Marinate the fish with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt.Keep it for 5mins.
- In a mixing jar add 4tbsp Muster Seeds, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 4tbsp Yougurt, Green Chilli 3 nos,Salt & Sugar as per your taste, Turmeric Powder 1tbsp and blend well.
- Take a big bowl with air tight lid.
- And poured all the muxer into the blow and add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
