- You need 3 tbsp ghee
- You need 1/3 cup suji
- Take 1 cup milk
- Provide 1/3 cup sugar
- Take As required dried grape
- Take As required sliced Almonds

- You need 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Steps to make Suji Halwa (Semoline Pudding):
- Heat ghee in heavy base kadai on medium heat, then add suji mix it well using spatula.
- Once it turns to aromatic and golden which will take around 5 to 6 mins add milk and dried grape, stir continuously to avoid lump till milk is absorbed, then add sugar and cardamon powder.
- Stir it till sugar is dissloved which will take around 1 min,then add almonds and cashew nuts. You can also garnish it with almond & cashew nuts. It can be served hot or room temperature.
