The ingredients needed to prepare Cheese Mantou Buns:
- You need 200 grams ●Cake flour
- Use 1 tsp ●Baking powder
- Take 1 two packs of 4 Processed cheese wrapped in foil (or cream cheese)
- Provide 100 grams Sugar
- Take 80 grams Unsalted butter
- Use 1 Egg (reserve 1 tablespoon to brush on buns)
- Take 1 White sesame seeds (if you have some)
Steps to make Cheese Mantou Buns:
- Let the unsalted butter come to room temperature, or microwave for 30 seconds at 500 W to soften. Add sugar and egg (setting aside 1 tablespoon to brush on the buns) and mix well with a whisk.

- Set the temperature on the preheated oven to 375F/190℃, and bake the buns for 15 minutes. If the dough is still soft at the end of 15 minutes, leave in the oven with the heat switched off to bake in residual heat.
