  2. Get 5 Grams China Grass
  3. You need 3 Cups Milk
  4. Provide 15 Biscuit Glucose
  5. Get 3 Teaspoons Coffee Instant
  6. Use 1/2 Cup sugar
  7. Use 1 1/4 Cups water
  8. You need 3/4 Kilogram Pineapple
Steps to make Moss triffle Pudding:
  1. Cut china grass to fine pieces and soak in 1 cup of water for atleast 30 minutes
  2. Cut pineapple to small pieces and sauté in a non-stick pan with 1/4 cup of sugar until it gets dry.

  6. Now in another pan boil ¼ cup of water and add instant coffee to it.
  7. Line the bottom of the dish with glucose biscuits and pour the coffee over it.(Make sure the biscuits are well soaked.)Make another layer with the pineapple mixture and pour the milk mixture over it.
  8. Let it cool and refrigerate for 6 hours(Do not freeze).
