The ingredients needed to prepare Mango Pudding:
- Provide 2 Ripe mangoes (ensure it is not sour)
- Provide 1/4 cup Sugar
- Take 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- Provide 1/4 cup Milk
- Get 3 grams Agar Agar/China grass
Instructions to make Mango Pudding:
- Peel the skin of mangoes and chop them. Keep all the ingredients ready.
- Add mangoes to a mixer jar along with 1/4 cup sugar and grind to a fine paste
- Strain the mixture with very little water to a pan.
- In another saucepan put 3 grams of china grass to hot boiling water until it is dissolved
- To the mango puree add 1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/4 cup milk and keep mixing on medium low flame until everything combines well
- Add a pinch of salt and strain the china grass mixture to the mango mixture
- Cook for few more minutes and allow the mixture to reach room temperature.
- Once the mixture cools down, add them to serving bowls/glass and refrigerate for atleast 6 hours.
