- Break the china grass into pieces and soak in water and set aside for 10mins.
- Boil 250ml milk.. Boil on low to medium flame for about 4-5mins till lightly thickens, and then add sugar. Stirr till the sugar dissolves and turn off the flame.
- Now cook the soaked china grass stirring continuously till it starts boiling. Keep stirring till it thickens and china grass is fully dissolved.
- Now add the China grass mixture to the previously boiled milk and keep stirring on low flame till well mixed. Turn off the flame and set aside.
- To the above mixture add mango puree and mix it well. Divide this into two equal parts. Keep one for later.
- Now pour one portion into a container and refrigerate it for 5-10mins.
