  1. Take a dry moong dal,wash it and soak for 6 hours,then strain the water and wash it again and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Now take a pan add ghee,add suji,besan and roast it at low flame till golden colour and then add moong dal paste in it and roast it at low flame.
  3. In a meantime take another pan add water,heat it and then add sugar,green cardamom powder and some strands of saffron (optional) and cook it till sugar dissolves. Our sugar syrup is ready.
  4.
