  1. Heat desi ghee in a karahi. Add sooji, besan and wheat flour and roast the mixture in kadai till golden brown.

  3. Now add shredded dry fruits in the roasted suji mixture and roast it for another 2 minutes.
  4. Now add sugar & green cardamom mixed hot water slowly in the kadai stirring the mixture with serving spoon to avoid formation of lumps.
