The ingredients needed to make Sooji Halwa:
- You need 1 cup semolina sooji
- Provide 1-1/4 cup sugar
- Take 1 tbsp besan(gram flour)
- Take 4 cup water
- Use 1 cup ghee
- Prepare 1/2 cup sliced badam pistachios mix
- Get 1/2 tsp saffron
Steps to make Sooji Halwa:

- Heat ghee in a pan ; add suji and roast till golden brown - 2. Add besan and roast for 2-3 minutes - 3. Till you roast suji, on another gas boil water with sugar & - saffron

- After roasting suji add sugar and boiling water - 5. After 4-5 minutes add dry fruits and stir again for 2 min - 6. Add 2 tbsp ghee, stir it and switch off the gas ; it should - be little soft and not completely dry
- Transfer in a bowl & garnish with sliced almonds & pista - 8. Enjoy HALWA with POORI and BLACK CHANA
