- Provide 1 Cup Moong dal
- Use 1 tbsp sooji
- Prepare 1 tbsp besan
- Get 1 Cup sugar
- You need 1 Cup ghee

- Take a dry moong dal,wash it and soak for 6 hours,then strain the water and wash it again and grind it to make a smooth paste.
- Now take a pan add ghee,add suji,besan and roast it at low flame till golden colour and then add moong dal paste in it and roast it at low flame.
- In a meantime take another pan add water,heat it and then add sugar,green cardamom powder and some strands of saffron (optional) and cook it till sugar dissolves. Our sugar syrup is ready.
