  1. Take 1 bowl Sooji
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Besan & Wheat flour each
  3. Get 1/2 bowl Desi ghee

Instructions to make Sooji ka Halwa:
  1. Heat desi ghee in a karahi. Add sooji, besan and wheat flour and roast the mixture in kadai till golden brown.
  2. In the meanwhile in a separate pan heat water. Add sugar and green cardamoms till sugar is dissolved completely.
  3. Now add shredded dry fruits in the roasted suji mixture and roast it for another 2 minutes.
  4. Now add sugar & green cardamom mixed hot water slowly in the kadai stirring the mixture with serving spoon to avoid formation of lumps.
  5. Stir the mixture till desired consistency is required. Switch off the heat and sprinkle coconut powder and pistachio.
  6. Serve hot.
