  2. Get 1 cup fresh bread crumbs

  1. Soak the Soya granules in water for fifteen minutes. Then take it to a sieve and squeeze the water completely.
  2. Dry roast the besan on a low flame till it changes the colour slightly.
  3. Transfer Soya granules to a bowl. Add bread crumbs, salt dhaniya powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, gigner-garlic paste, besal to it. Combine everything well.
  4. Take small portion from the prepared mixture and form a round tikki. Prepare other tikikis feom the remaining mixture in similar way. If you find that it is not binding properly, add some more breadcrumbs to it.
  5. Shellow fry it on griddle using little oil. Let it get cooked from both the sides.
