- Heat1/4kg oil in Kadhai…
- When hot add gram dal.on slow flame…fry till golden brown.remove to plate.
- Then add peanuts and fry on slow flametill golden brown.Remove in plate.
- Now on fast flame..add afist of poha..they will puff up..lower the flame.. remove in plate Repeat…this process till all poha are fried.
- In mixing bowl..add fried poha,fried gram dal,fried peanuts,sugar,salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder..mix well and keep aside in air tight container.
- Now prepare Raw papaya salad.
- Grate raw Papaya.
- In non -stick pan add oil..heat..add chopped chilli,saute..for 30sec. add turmeric powder,add grated raw papaya,salt..mix well.Off the flame.Keep aside.
- Make sugar syrup by mixing & stirring sugar &water till sugar dissolves.
- Now in mixing bowl..add dry ingredients for Pomegranate Bhel..mix well..add 4tbsp green chutney..2- 3tbsp..of sugar water..if needed add more both.. chutney and sugar syrup according to your taste
