- Now for spinach potato croquettes, in a mixing bowl add mash boiled potato, chopped spinach, green chilies, chopped onion, gram flour, semolina, all spices mentioned and salt. Now mix very well and combine.
- Now take some part and make croquettes. Now in other bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour and whisk to mix very well.
